Avoid long waiting lists and limited treatment periods:
I am a Community Physiotherapist with highly specialised skills in managing conditions commonly experienced by older people, such as poor balance, pain, falls and osteoarthritis.
I graduated from St George's Hospital University of London (BSc Physiotherapy) in 2017, and have lived and worked in various parts of London ever since. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council regulatory body, and with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists trade union body. I now live in South East London with my partner and baby daughter.
I have extensive experience in the NHS - working chiefly in the community, delivering essential care and treatment to people in their homes. I have worked in rehabilitation roles as well as urgent response teams, helping people to regain their independence after illness or injury.
I am a firm believer that community based physiotherapy has a huge part to play in maintaining good physical and mental health, and preventing common difficulties experienced by those in their later years.

Following a comprehensive initial assessment (including a free blood pressure and observations check-up), I will work in partnership with you to set goals for what you would like to achieve with my help. I will provide practical advice and intervention tailored to your needs and your abilities.
Our services encompass advanced physiotherapy and physical therapy, enabling clients to recover and enhance their quality of life in familiar surroundings. At The Balanced Physio, we strive to be your trusted physio clinic on-the-go, providing seamless support wherever you are in South East London.
Below is just an example of some of the services provided by The Balanced Physio:
Exercise tailored to you, aimed to improve your physical function. Helping you to feel more confident in your body.
From poor balance to corners on an old rug, this assessment will identify any factors that may increase your risk of falling.
Advice and direction on what equipment might help you to manage life more easily, safely and independently
Physiotherapy can help you to understand joint pain better, how to reduce its impact and how to relieve symptoms
Living with Dementia comes with its own particular challenges. With the right help, mobility and independence can be prolonged wherever possible.
By engaging with exercise and improving your access to the community, you can feel more connected to the world around you and avoid loneliness or isolation.
Conditions such as Stroke, Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis can be managed well with targeted physio treatment.
I am well experienced in working with social services, and am confident recommending how much care support you may require. With rehab you can reduce the amount of support you need.
Managing new pain (e.g. from an injury) or longstanding pain is a cornerstone of my practice, and I am able to advise confidently on how to manage pain, and escalate concerning findings.
As I am a local Physio with a busy schedule, I am only able to cover a small area local to me.
I cover the following postcodes in South London: SE27, SW16, SE19, SE21, SE22, SW2, SE24, SE15, SE5, SW4, SW8, SW9.
If you live outside of these areas, there will be a £20 uplift in price to cover time and costs of travel.
I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model of healthcare or physiotherapy. Every individual I have ever treated has been unique, and so their physiotherapy care should reflect that.
I believe in taking all aspects of a person's life and circumstance in to account in order to give them the most beneficial treatment. This is why I feel physiotherapy in a home setting is more beneficial than visiting a clinic - by making treatment relevant to your every day routine and environment, the higher the chance of making meaningful changes that impact your life positively.
Fees are subject to change depending on the complexity or duration of the consultation. I endeavour to keep prices affordable, and can support with paying in instalments if this is required. Times stated below are approximate.
